Diane Henty-Blows - MBACP

I am a professionally qualified Integrative BACP accredited counsellor, creative play practitioner and supervisor. This means I am trained in a number of different counselling modalities, which gives me a greater range of evidenced-based resources I can adapt to work with you in the way you need.

Prior to training as a counsellor I worked in the world of education including special schools, and more recently with the Specialist School Nursing Team in Suffolk.

I have spent over 25 years working closely with individuals, parents, children, and families supporting them through their difficulties - covering everything from bereavement, bullying, depression, divorce and stress, to building independence and confidence in young people.

I work with adults, children and young people who identify as being neurodiverse including those with a diagnosis of autism, social communication and executive functioning difficulties. I also support individuals with their self-esteem and personal development using a variety of counselling approaches, including creative interventions.
